The responsibilities and limitations that apply when using our research workspace.

1. Service and operator
These terms govern use of Smart Invest, operated by Smart Invest. Contact [email protected] with service questions. By creating an account or using the authenticated workspace, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
2. Research purpose and financial risk
Smart Invest provides tools for investment research, statistical analysis, historical backtesting, budget planning and manual portfolio records. It does not provide personalized investment, tax or legal advice, act as your financial adviser, execute trades, or guarantee returns. Investing can result in loss of capital. You are responsible for independent assessment and all investment decisions.
3. Data, forecasts and backtests
Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or subject to provider licensing limits. Forecasts are probabilistic estimates, not guaranteed outcomes. An opportunity score is not a probability of profit. Historical backtests depend on assumptions and do not guarantee future results; fees, slippage, dividends and other modeling limitations must be reviewed in the product.
4. Your account
You must be an adult with authority to accept these terms. Provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. Where Google sign-in is enabled, a Google-verified Gmail address matching an existing account may be linked automatically without creating a duplicate portfolio. You remain responsible for authorized use of your account. Inform the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use and data rights
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or provider limits, disrupt the service, submit unlawful material, or redistribute licensed market data without permission. Provider entitlements do not transfer ownership of market data. Your portfolio records remain your information; you permit processing necessary to provide the requested service.
6. Availability and changes
Features and data availability depend on this deployment and its configured providers. The operator may update, restrict or discontinue features and may suspend accounts for abuse or security reasons. No uptime commitment, paid subscription, refund schedule or pricing is created by this page. Any future paid services require separately disclosed commercial terms.
7. Export, termination and deletion
You may export supported portfolio records and permanently delete your account from Account settings. Confirmed deletion removes the account and private records from the active application database, ends all sessions and cannot be reversed. The last super administrator must appoint another active super administrator first. Contact [email protected] for assistance; independently managed backups follow the operator’s retention schedule. Keep independent copies of important financial records. You can revoke Google access through Google account settings; this does not automatically delete this service’s records.
8. Disclaimers and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and research outputs are provided as available, without guarantees of accuracy, investment suitability or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy laws continue to apply. No unprovided jurisdiction or arbitration agreement is assumed.
